I had a great experience at Holdcroft Mazda Oldham because Sara and Morgan helped make the process stress free and simplerhwy kept to.our agreements and were polite and welcoming
I honestly couldn’t recommend Mazda Oldham enough. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Unlike the typical “car sales vampires” my boyfriend jokes about at other dealerships, the team here never made me feel pressured or pushed into making a decision just for a commission. They actually listened to what I wanted and worked with me to find the right car within my budget.
What really stood out to me was how well the staff worked together as a team. I had help from multiple members of staff throughout the process, and every single person was lovely to deal with. Special mention to Brandon, Jenny, and I think Morgan, who were all incredibly friendly, patient, and supportive from start to finish.
At one point I was considering a car that was slightly out of my price range and had higher mileage than I originally wanted. They gave the perfect amount of encouragement without being pushy, and when I decided it wasn’t quite right, they completely respected that decision. Instead, they kept an eye out for similar cars within my budget and even rang me with updates when new ones came in.
This was genuinely the most hassle-free car exchange I’ve ever experienced, and I really appreciated how honest and down-to-earth everyone was. I’ll definitely be returning to Mazda Oldham when it’s time for my next car. - I don't know if I have done this twice but it glitched out at the end so I have redone it because Oldham Mazda and their team deserve the recognition.
